RECOMMEND YES ! Car Doctors is an overall experience for the car and the customer. From the time I walked in; everyone was caring, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Aesthetics, energy, and customer service stands above so many. I came with an electrical issue with my battery, and not only was that resolved in minimal time, I had some pretty awesome coffee from their fully stocked beverage area, and I also got a write up of all the things to repair on my vehicle(with cost attached) to make it the best possible. It’s so rare you know what you’re going to pay AHEAD of time to make your decision. Thank you Car Doctors staff for welcoming me as a new customer and allowing me to feel like an old friend. I’ll see you soon for my next repairs and that awesome option of a loner car you have, so the customer doesn’t have to wait. 💛💫

Had a great experience getting my Ford serviced here. Several other dealerships turned me away due to the age of my car but Car Doctors Auto Repair was happy to help. They were super communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Very happy with the repair job and their honest and trustworthy staff. 10/10 would recommend.

I was in town for only 48 hours and was on a tight timeline on days where they were closed and they did an amazing job taking care of me and getting me in and out of town on my timeframe. Their diagnosis was extremely thorough and they were very communicative throughout the whole process. Will definitely use again.

Rob was very helpful and friendly. He kept me updated during the time that my vehicle was being serviced. I was able to use a loaner vehicle during the 4 days my repairs were being done. I don’t know which mechanic worked on my car, but I have no complaints and all issues were resolved. I also really loved the option to finance the cost, that was very helpful since I couldn’t afford everything up front at the time.

KUDOS! I recently tasked Car Doctors Auto Repair 2 - Jefferson Rd with 160k servicing on my Outback. All the recommended work has been completed timely, thoroughly and at a reasonable cost compared elsewhere. Cindy & Robert even recommended me to reduce mileage between oil changes which I found suggested on many Subaru forums. I believe the work and support of this Car Doctors team will help keep my Subaru on the road for many years to come! Highly recommend their friendly and courteous approach to service.
